THRIVENews.co is getting ready for a full launch in 2024 but first a little history.
2007
THRIVE! started in 2007 as a print publication in upstate New York. Our goal was to reach Western New York with the good news of Christ + provide the community with good news (for a change). THRIVE! was distributed across the region in bookstores, grocery stores, and individual and business subscribers.
2011
Then in 2011, we launched a second publication – UNITE. UNITE was focused on exclusively faith-based news in our community while THRIVE! moved to reach a mainstream general audience. UNITE was distributed free of charge at churches and bookstores across the region.
2016
Next, in 2016, our team launched an online site called Logos Post. We covered news from the global church around the world.
2021
We began blogging at thrivenews.co and developing a viral news media theme to launch and build a team of what we like to call, “media-naries” – those called to faith-based media. In 2023-2024, we took the step of faith and obedience to build out a team to launch THRIVE! We are in process of doing that now and raising funds for the full launch in 2024.
In 2023 we officially incorporated our organization as THRIVE! News Foundation and obtained 501c3 tax-exempt status from the IRS. You can support our work here.
