Scholastic’s agenda exposed in SkyTree’s extensive report
The case has been made against Scholastic with ample evidence that the children’s book publisher is pushing an LGBTQ+ agenda on the next generation, and parents have had enough.
Author, actor, and activist Kirk Cameron is issuing a warning to parents about an underlying agenda of Scholastic Books to oppose children to sexualized content.
Upon a closer examination of Scholastic’s catalogs, we realized a recurring pattern of sexualized content:
Cameron’s response to this is to launch a new line of wholesome, family-friendly books for kids through SkyTree Book Fairs, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting a fair alternative for wholesome literature that protects the innocence of children.
“You can replace harmful scholastic book fairs with helpful wholesome book fairs with 500 books that have all been vetted and screened to take out all of the nasty pornography, critical race theory, and the race stuff. They’re about wholesome, good values.”
A non-profit organization started by a concerned mother, Cameron has gotten behind the initiative, helped form a non-profit, and is promoting this out through his various platforms.
700+ schools have signed on, public and private
Cameron tweeted this week, “The support has been incredible from teachers, parents, and school board members nationwide who desire an alternative to @Scholastic. I am heading to Fredericksburg, VA, on December 2nd for our first Public School Book Fair at Riverbend High School!”
“We already have over 700 public and private schools that have signed up for this,” Cameron told Glenn Beck.
SkyTree is exposing what a lot of parents are likely not aware of – an agenda in Scholastic’s books to promote works by alternative authors.
An agenda at Scholastic exposed
Former Scholastic CEO Dick Robinson is quoted as saying, “We believe Scholastic can make the greatest impact by continuing to promote the work of LGBTQIA+ creators in our publishing, including the support and amplification of transgender and non-binary voices. This year, eight of the ten most challenged books on the American Library Association’s Most Challenged Books List were there because of LGBTQIA+ content, and we are proud that two of them were published
by Scholastic: Raina Telgemeier’s Drama and Alex Gino’s George, the #1most challenged book of last year.”
SkyTree believes it’s time to stop Scholastic from pushing this alternative lifestyle agenda on young minds and stand up. They published an extensive report on their website regarding the content that is graphic, sexualized, and pornographic being pushed out to elementary and middle school students. Content that encourages this lifestyle and encourages kids to not listen to their parents if they are not supported of the LGBTQ agenda.
