Harvest Christian Fellowship and Mariners Church have baptism services scheduled this month across Orange County.
September will bring a series of public baptism services across Orange County as major local churches invite believers to take part in what Christians understand as a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ.
Harvest Christian Fellowship has scheduled baptisms for Sunday, Sept. 20 after each service at its Orange County campus. Mariners Church has multiple baptism services planned for Sept. 13 at campuses across the county, including Irvine, Huntington Beach, Anaheim, Yorba Linda, Mission Viejo, North Irvine and Mariners at Orange County Rescue Mission.

Harvest describes baptism as an outward expression of the inner change that occurs through faith in Christ, symbolizing identification with Jesus in His death, burial and resurrection. The church asks participants to register in advance for the Sept. 20 services.
Mariners Across Orange County
Mariners has baptism opportunities scheduled throughout Sept. 13, including a 12:45 p.m. baptism at its Orange County Rescue Mission congregation in Tustin. The church also lists baptisms at several other Orange County campuses that day.
