New restaurants and shops are opening as Orange County’s airport continues a multiyear concessions overhaul.
Travelers through John Wayne Airport are seeing an increasingly different terminal experience as the airport moves ahead with a multiyear redevelopment of its restaurants and retail spaces.

The airport says its Concession Development Program is fully underway, bringing additional dining and retail concepts into the terminals.
More Orange County flavor
The redevelopment is intended to introduce additional locally inspired concepts while modernizing the airport’s overall passenger experience.
Earlier additions include Dunkin’, Harbor Exchange and Brookstone, with more locations scheduled as the program continues. The airport is also displaying an OC Parks installation throughout its baggage-claim areas to introduce arriving travelers to local parks and recreation.
