45,000 Join in Worship, Testimony, and Revival – Marks a Historic Night at Angel Stadium
ANAHEIM, Calif. — In what can only be described as a powerful move of God, more than 45,000 people filled Angel Stadium Saturday night for the 2025 Harvest Crusade, with an additional 200,000 watching online. The one-night evangelistic outreach, led by Pastor Greg Laurie of Harvest Christian Fellowship, drew people from all walks of life—and saw over 6,500 individuals make professions of faith in Jesus Christ.
“When the invitation to follow Christ was given, so many responded that the Fire Marshals had to close the field,” Laurie shared. “The presence of God was truly palpable.”

The night opened with a heartfelt prayer from Michael Franzese, a former mob boss whose life was radically changed by Christ. Worship followed, featuring powerful performances by Chris Tomlin, Brooke Ligertwood, We the Kingdom, and Kari Jobe with Cody Carnes. A deeply moving moment came as the stadium lifted their voices in unison, singing “The Blessing”—a moment Pastor Laurie described as electric with the presence of the Holy Spirit.
Among the many highlights was a powerful testimony from Cathe Laurie, wife of Pastor Greg Laurie. She shared how her life was transformed after moving to Long Beach as a teenager. During that season, she was invited to a gathering at Long Beach City College, where young people were sharing the gospel. That moment marked the beginning of her journey of faith—a reminder of how God can use simple acts of obedience to change lives for generations to come.
After Greg Laurie’s gospel message, the invitation to receive Christ was given—and the response was so overwhelming that field access had to be closed by fire marshals. Thousands still backed up the aisles, eager to make a public decision for Jesus.
The night ended in celebration with a fireworks display, but the true joy came from the spiritual fireworks—the thousands of souls forever changed.
After 35 years of Harvest Crusades, one thing remains true—God is still powerfully at work through the life-changing message of the gospel,” Laurie shared. “And this year was no exception.”
With signs of spiritual hunger rising across America, the 2025 Harvest Crusade offered an important reminder: Jesus saves, and the fields are still ripe for harvest.
