New film looks at fallacies of fame, money, glory and relevance
Author, pastor, and movie producer Greg Laurie and Harvest Ministries announced the release of their new film, “FAME” this weekend through the Harvest+ platform and app. The film outlines the many tragedies that have resulted from the pursuit of fame: fame for money, fame for glory, fame for relevance.
The new film features exclusive interviews with those who have made it to the top of their industry and found themselves wanting. People who have had it all, and yet it didn’t satisfy. Following stars from Hollywood to Beverly Hills, and the pursuit of fame, fortune, and success. But the film begs the question, is fame the answer to the longings of our hearts? Laurie explores and answers the question of just what or who is the path to true fulfillment.
Laurie has been involved in numerous film projects and media related outreaches that are now featured on the Harvest+ platform.
Laurie shared, “Tonight’s the night! Our new film, FAME releases exclusively on our Harvest + platform. You can watch this new evangelistic documentary, as well as other Harvest films like, “A Rush Of Hope”, “Steve McQueen: The Salvation Of An American Icon” and more. You also can access my messages, podcasts and other Harvest productions. This is something really special that I think you all will really enjoy!
