President Issues Executive Order to Protect Women’s Sports, Ensuring Fairness and Safety
In a landmark move to uphold fairness and safety in women’s sports, the President has signed an executive order that reinforces the intent of Title IX and takes decisive action to prevent male athletes from competing in female categories. What might they be? Man and woman, right. Male and female.”
The White House cited recent federal court rulings in Tennessee v. Cardona and Kansas v. U.S. Dept. of Education, both of which recognized the harm caused by policies allowing men into female sports categories. The administration is now making it official policy to rescind all funding from educational programs that “deprive women and girls of fair athletic opportunities” and “endanger, humiliate, and silence” female athletes.
Immediate Actions to Enforce Fairness
The order mandates the Department of Education and the Department of Justice to prioritize Title IX enforcement against schools and athletic associations that allow males to compete in women’s sports. We’re not going to do it. We’re not going to do it.”

Trump framed the executive order as part of a broader effort to restore common sense and sanity to government policies. “Every day we’re ending the extremism of the last four years,” he declared. “We are restoring sanity and common sense very simply to our government. We’re defending the rights and safety and pride of the American people, including our late, great female athletes. What athletes you are, too.”
He also pointed out the absurdity of having to take such actions in the first place, stating, “Last week I effectively banned the chemical castration and surgical mutilation of minor children. Can you believe I even have to say that?”
