Forsaking sin, finding Christ

  • Influencer Nala Ray leaves OnlyFans after coming to Christ
  • The platform is described as horrifying by the influencer
  • Recognizes gains on platform as fleeting, demonic
  • OnlyFans has emerged as a predominant form of pornography among the younger generation, leading to a cultural crisis as young women realize they can amass wealth by displaying their bodies.

Yet, amidst this, there is hope.

Forsaking sin, finding ChristRay grew up in a the home of a Christian pastor but rebelledSpiritual Awakening

Former OnlyFans model Nala Ray has chosen to forsake worldly fame and fortune to follow Jesus. On her TikTok page, she chronicles the transformation in her life, transitioning from discussions about explicit content on podcasts to undergoing baptism, signifying a profound change.

According to the influencer, “The ones who are glamorizing [this lifestyle] are men trying to run women’s lives and take a percentage out of it, and it’s horrifying. It’s truly horrifying to be a woman and have men take a percentage of you showing your body on the internet. It’s just like having a pimp… It’s truly horrific that it’s being advertised in that manner, but it makes me want to fight all the more to help women understand that this is not where you want to go.”

Ray grew up in a the home of a Christian pastor but rebelled

In a video, Ray shares her upbringing as a pastor’s child, spending much of her time in church and being homeschooled. Despite her rebellious streak, she acknowledges not understanding the distinction between religious practices and having a personal relationship with Jesus until recently.

Reflecting on her past, Ray reveals that her entry into OnlyFans was fueled by rebellion four years ago. Although she achieved great success on the platform, reaching the top .01% of creators, she now recognizes those gains as fleeting and not of divine origin but rather orchestrated by forces seeking her destruction.

She also mentioned that her perspective continued to evolve after her baptism, stating, “I can’t even tell you how much my life has changed since then. Everything in my life has just kind of come to this room where I can now observe it and then be like, OK, so I don’t really want to do this anymore. I knew that this isn’t what God wanted me to do with my life.”

Spiritual Awakening

Ray credits her boyfriend’s spiritual influence, who prayed for her and shared Bible verses, as instrumental in her spiritual awakening. In recent videos she posted online, she expressed gratitude for God’s love and redemption, emphasizing the insignificance of material possessions compared to the profound purpose God has for her.

Having deactivated her OnlyFans account, Ray emphasizes the urgency of committing one’s life to Christ in light of impending events. She points out the signs indicating Jesus’ imminent return and encourages viewers to turn to Him before it’s too late, echoing biblical prophecies and stressing the importance of a personal relationship with God.

Nala Ray’s story underscores the truth that nothing can separate us from God’s love, reinforcing the message that salvation lies in calling upon His name.
