Anaheim keeps its leading scorer under contract through the 2031-32 season
The Anaheim Ducks have signed 22-year-old forward Cutter Gauthier to a six-year contract through the 2031-32 season.
Gauthier led Anaheim last season with 41 goals and 69 points in 76 games, then added a team-high 12 points in 12 playoff games. The Ducks reached the postseason for the first time since 2017-18.
The team did not disclose financial terms. Multiple reports put the contract at $81 million, or $13.5 million per season.
