Biden Administration’s Policies Targeted Abortion, Family, and Gender Issues
WASHINGTON — The Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias released a 200-page report this week detailing systemic anti-Christian bias in the Biden Administration and outlining Trump Administration efforts to reverse it.
Led by Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche under Executive Order 14202, the interagency report — backed by 1,100+ footnotes and 300+ pages of exhibits — reviewed actions across 17 federal agencies.
Key Biden-Era Findings:
- -Pushed policies undermining religious protections on life, family, marriage, gender, education, and medical decisions.
- -Used the Garland School Board Memo to target concerned parents.
- – Rapidly imposed expansive gender ideology, reversing Trump protections and often ignoring court limits on Bostock.
- – Dismissed many federal employees’ religious COVID vaccine objections as insincere.
- – Sidelined Christians in civil rights enforcement.
Trump Administration Actions:
- – Rescinded Garland Memo and sued to protect parental and student rights.
- – Withdrew Biden’s Bostock guidance, restoring faith exercise in the workplace.
- – Strengthened religious accommodations and RLUIPA protections.
- – Refocused FACE Act enforcement to safeguard houses of worship.
“No American should live in fear that the federal government will punish them for their faith,” said Acting AG Blanche. “The devastation ended with President Trump.”
The DOJ says it will continue exposing bias and upholding religious liberty for all Americans of faith. Full report available via the Department of Justice.
