Gospel recording artist Natalie Grant had the opportunity to sing the National Anthem at Monday night’s College Football National Championship between Alabama and Georgia, and she did not disappoint.
Grant was named Gospel Music Association’s Dove Award for Female Vocalist of the Year four consecutive years, and again in 2012. She has also been nominated for eight Grammy Awards.
Self-described on Twitter as, “Jesus girl. Family girl. Singing songwriter. Freedom fighter. Truth teller. I love my life,” Grant thanked her supporters for the opportunity to sing at the game,
