Amid mounting backlash for its open support of pride month and new openly satanic clothing line, Target is quickly attempting to course correct amid $12 billion+ losses and its lowest stock price since 2020.
The American people spoke through the boycott of Bud Light that cost Budweiser close to $20 billion in losses, now, Americans are calling for a boycott of the retail giant, citing the company has crossed the line.
Shark Tank star, Kevin O’Leary, chimed in on the situation with Fox News saying companies need to steer clear of these hot-button political issues, saying companies “cannot be partisan in any way” when selling consumer goods and services.
“Let me give you an example,” O’Leary told Fox. “Do you ever hear a CEO that represents a company ever talking about abortion? Never. Because that is an issue that will never be resolved. It’s a personal issue, it’s a family issue, it’s a religious issue. It’s partisan forever. You don’t touch it. Same thing with politics, same thing with gender identity. Everybody has a personal opinion about it. When you actually get involved in a fight like that, you lose 50% of your constituency.”
Companies must stick to what they are good at and leave the politics to the polls. Americans don’t need corporations pushing politics and ideology when they are coming to buy toothpaste and clothing. Many in the Christian community are calling for peaceful boycotting of corporations that try and push an agenda on the American people.
Prophetic teacher, Shawn Bolz shared, “Target is one of the latest to take this virtue signaling to an extreme platform beyond just politics and actually wants to support the training of your children with the woke agenda and providing them with all the transition gear they would need.”
Bolz and others are speaking out amid growing concern about Target’s proactive approach to supporting LGBTQ organizations ($2MM+ in donations) pushing school districts to allow children to secretly change genders.
