Transformative Partnership to Equip and Empower Christian Leaders, Entrepreneurs, and Investors Worldwide

In a strategic move set to bolster faith-driven leadership, the Halftime Institute has announced its merger with Faith Driven Entrepreneur and Investor. This union is designed to create a comprehensive ministry that supports leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors seeking to align their faith, purpose, and stewardship of resources and talents. The merger is expected to significantly amplify the shared mission of both organizations to empower individuals to address some of the world’s most pressing issues through faith-driven initiatives.

A Vision for Greater Impact

Karen Hung, a board member of Halftime, highlighted the significance of this merger, stating, “Just over three years ago, Jim Stollberg and Tom McGehee, Co-CEOs of Halftime, envisioned a broader impact for our ministry. When they connected with Faith Driven Co-Founders Justin Forman and Henry Kaestner, it became clear that God had bestowed the same vision upon both ministries—to transform leaders and equip them to live out their calling like never before.”

Justin Forman echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the foundational influence of Halftime’s founder, Bob Buford, on the leadership of both organizations. “Halftime has been instrumental in helping a generation of business leaders discover God’s calling in their lives,” he said. “We’ve seen this influence across the globe, from Brussels to Singapore to London, as we’ve filmed with Faith Driven entrepreneurs and investors.”

A Global Reach

Faith Driven Entrepreneur and Faith Driven Investor are global communities operating in over 100 countries, dedicated to inspiring, connecting, and equipping faith-driven entrepreneurs and investors. Meanwhile, the Halftime Institute has earned global recognition for guiding high-capacity leaders through transformative life transitions toward a greater purpose and impact.

The merger, set to be finalized by the end of 2024, will see both organizations working together to ensure a smooth integration. They are enthusiastic about the new opportunities this collaboration will create for their members and the wider community.

Key Highlights of the Merger:

  • Comprehensive Programs and Resources: The merger will result in an enriched suite of programs, resources, coaching, and mentorship. This will include Halftime’s transformative methodologies and Faith Driven Entrepreneur and Investor’s robust content and frameworks, which have served 18,000 entrepreneurs and investors worldwide.
  • Proven Leadership and Expertise: The merger combines decades of leadership experience, creating a collaborative team equipped to guide the next generation of faith-driven leaders.
  • Expanded Reach and Impact: Leveraging the extensive networks of both organizations, the merger will broaden their reach to a global audience of faith-driven entrepreneurs and investors.
  • Enhanced Community: Members will benefit from increased opportunities for networking, learning, and sharing experiences with peers committed to making a faith-driven impact.

Reflecting on the legacy of Halftime, Bob Buford famously said before his death in 2018, “The fruit of our work grows on other people’s trees.” This merger represents the continuation of that legacy, poised to inspire the next generation of faith-driven leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and philanthropists.
