A Judicial Betrayal of American Sovereignty
The United States Supreme Court crossed a line this week—and it wasn’t a border. It was the Constitution. In a shocking 5–4 ruling, the Court blocked President Trump’s effort to deport illegal aliens who entered this country unlawfully, claiming they are entitled to due process before removal.
Let me be blunt: This decision is not just wrong. It is treasonous.
We are a nation of laws. We have federal immigration statutes. We have a legal process for entering this country. None of that was followed by the millions who have flooded across our border in the past four years. These are not immigrants. These are invaders. And now, thanks to five traitors in black robes, they are protected under a judicial cloak that ignores the Constitution and endangers our national security.
The ruling flies in the face of 8 U.S. Code § 1227, which authorizes the removal of aliens who enter without inspection, commit fraud, or overstay their visas. It undermines 8 U.S. Code § 1182, which gives the government the power to deny entry to any alien deemed a threat to public safety or national security. It guts 8 U.S. Code § 1158, which limits asylum to individuals facing genuine persecution—not economic hardship or generalized violence.
And yet, the Supreme Court just told the President of the United States: you have no power to enforce these laws. You must grant full trials to millions of illegal entrants—criminals who violated federal law by crossing into our country uninvited.
This is not constitutional interpretation. This is judicial mutiny.
Let’s not pretend these “asylum seekers” are all fleeing genocide. Where is the evidence of mass slaughter in Guatemala, Honduras, or El Salvador? There isn’t any. These are economic migrants—many of them coached by the Biden administration and activist NGOs to claim “asylum” as a magic word to bypass lawful entry.
It is fraud. And now the Supreme Court is codifying the fraud.
What makes this ruling even more dangerous is its blatant disregard for the separation of powers. Article II of the Constitution gives the president the duty to “take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” Immigration enforcement is squarely within the executive branch’s authority. The judiciary has no right to override federal law or paralyze enforcement with endless litigation.
The justices who voted for this—Sotomayor, Kagan, Jackson, Barret and Roberts —have betrayed their oath. They swore to uphold the Constitution, not reimagine it to protect those who broke our laws and undermine our sovereignty. This ruling is a slap in the face to every American citizen, every Border Patrol agent, and every legal immigrant who followed the rules.
It is proof that the judiciary has gone rogue.
Let me remind you: The Supreme Court is not a monarchy. The justices are not above the people. They are accountable to the Constitution—and to us. When they fail in their duty, when they subvert the law, and when they put our nation at risk, it is not just our right—it is our obligation to act.
They must be impeached. Every single one who voted for this ruling should be investigated for judicial misconduct and dereliction of duty. We must pursue lawful removal through Congress, demand accountability, and refuse to recognize authority that no longer abides by the law.
Because let’s be clear: We are not governed by tyrants in robes. We are governed by consent. And that consent can be withdrawn.
The Supreme Court just handed criminals more rights than American citizens. They elevated foreign lawbreakers above the sovereign people of the United States. They tied the President’s hands behind his back and told the American people to accept the destruction of their country—quietly.
We will not accept it. We will not comply. And we will not be silent.
This is not the end. It is the beginning of a national movement to reclaim our Constitution, restore our sovereignty, and remind every branch of government exactly who they work for.
The people. Not the invaders.
