Acquisition expands the company’s footprint in the city’s SoBECA district
LAB Holding has purchased the Pep Boys property on Bristol Street in Costa Mesa for $10.5 million, expanding its holdings in one of the city’s best-known retail districts.
The approximately 18,000-square-foot property sits near LAB Holding developments including The CAMP and The LAB Anti-Mall.
The acquisition gives the Costa Mesa-based developer another major piece of property within the SoBECA district, an area that has evolved into a destination for restaurants, independent retailers and creative businesses.
LAB Holding has not yet announced detailed redevelopment plans for the newly acquired property.
The purchase will be one to watch as continued investment reshapes the Bristol Street corridor.
