What started as a simple worship gathering at the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco has turned into a global movement and symbol of religious freedom around the world. Sean Feucht, founder of Let Us Worship released Superspreader, a documentary film in theaters about the rise of Let Us Worship and the ensuing persecution and intolerance towards worship and Christians during COVID. What started as a one-day film debut has gained momentum with sell-out theaters across the nation.

The documentary-style film brings together multiple perspectives from both sides of the worship movement that started during COVID while most churches were locked down, and has spread to hundreds of cities since. Superspreader the film documents the journey to cities like LA, Portland, Seattle, and others where the worshippers were met with hostility, threats, and more yet they persevered and today the movement stands as a beacon of light to those who refused to give in to government overreach during COVID.

Feucht, who resides in California recalls in the film hearing Governor Gavin Newsom attempt to stop Christians from worshipping and singing in church. Feucht recalls responding with, “Oh it’s on now!” Feucht mobilized a petition that turned into a prayer meeting that has gained momentum ever since.
